Turner Landscape Fell Race – 13 August

A real gem of a race and if you weren’t there you missed something special so don’t miss it next year. FRA Race details are here and the race starts and finishes at Turner Hall Farm. Pauline and I were marshalling on Dow Crag having stayed in The Rucksack Club hut a couple of fields away where the early morning sun was spectacular.

  1. Hi Ian, We were marshal's on Swirl How and just got down in time to see Joss do the speech and handshakes. I didn't have time to get the camera out of the car.
Could i possibly take a copy of your Joss image.
Sorry we never got introduced on the day. Next year i will look out for you.

    1. Hi Alan, that would be fine. We can say hello next year, Pauline & I will back.

  2. Another great set of pictures Ian, the sunrise one is very dramatic. Joss is looking fit and well - as is the evergreen Wendy Dodds. They put me to shame!

    1. They would put anybody else to shame so there is no need to feel bad about it :)

Wendy is running better than ever, 1st V60 - not first F60 but first V60, not bad for a F65!
